HOW TO BUY?

  1. Choose products/packages/gift vouchers of your choice by clicking on the image

  2. Select weight or quantity (both or either one applicable)

  3. Click Add to cart

  4. Click View cart

  5. Click Checkout or Checkout with Paypal

  6. Fill in Billing and Shipping Address details. Click Continue

  7. Choose Delivery Options. For products and gift vouchers, select your region. Click Continue

  8. Select Payment Options. Follow Instructions.

 

IMPORTANT!

Please ensure you fill in Mobile No in the Billing and Shipping Information.

 

PAYMENT

Please follow instructions as stated on checkout page. We will not be responsible for or proceed with any purchases which do not follow the instructions. We will not be held accountable for any excess amount on offline payment transaction. Any extra charges or tax from Paypal account holder, is under their terms. For packages purchase, with Offline Payment method, it is compulsory to send the payment receipt to store@hippopo.my before we can proceed with your order.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping fee for Peninsular Malaysia is RM 8.48 while for East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) is RM 10.60 for the first 1 kg and below and RM 1.59 for every additional kg. Example: If your total order weighs 1.9kg, the shipping rate (Peninsular Malaysia) will be RM 10.07. This is calculated automatically by clicking your region upon checkout. Estimated time for delivery throughout Peninsular Malaysia is 2-3 working days, while for East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) is 3-5 working days.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Hippopo Baby Spa & Wellness is a trade under Paradise Builders Holding Sdn Bhd.

  • These terms and conditions govern the supply by us of any product ordered by you on the site. By agreeing to order a product, you agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions.

  • "You" means the customer who places an order.

  • "Customer" means the individual who places an order on the site.

  • "Order" means the order submitted by you to the site to purchase product from us.

  • We only proceed placed orders on working days which exclude weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and public holidays.

  • Our office hour is on 10 am - 6:30 pm (GMT +8) Monday - Thursday and 10 am - 6 pm (GMT +8) on Friday. Please note that we will reply emails within the office hours. Any emails received after office hours, will revert on the next working day.

  • To place an order with Hippopo Online Store you must be over 18 years of age and posses a valid credit card or debit card issued by a bank acceptable by us.

  • Our official courier for every product purchased is Poslaju. Tracking number will be given via email after order has been sent out. You need to keep the receipt of delivered product in case of future discussion with us about it.

  • We warrant that the product will be delivered undamaged in the quantities ordered.

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via email or fill the form on 'Contact' page with the subject as 'Cancellation Order' within 24 hours. We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay the product. However, we will not refund purchased packages that have been booked or used. 

  • We only accept return of product in the original condition with all tags attached. Only return via courier is accepted, as we do not honour any walk-ins. In the event that we send you a wrong item or the item is defective, we will send you a replacement item. Should the item be out of stock, we will issue a cash refund.

  • Any vouchers purchased on site, can only be redeemed in our outlets. 

  • Please read our privacy policy which forms part of these terms & conditions.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

  • Hippopo Baby Spa & Wellness does not sell, share, or trade customers personal information collected online with third parties.

  • The personal information we collect from you will be used in delivering the products you have purchased from Hippopo Online Store, to update you on the delivery of the product and for customer support purposes, to provide you with relevant product information, and for processing your orders.

  • It is compulsory for customer to fill in all details required for shipping and billing. For Full Name and Address, you must fill in as per NRIC and registered reachable mobile number. We will not be responsible for any false or incomplete details that could disturb or delay in customer's order and delivery process.

  • We may pass your name, address, and mobile number on to a third party in order to make delivery of the product to you (example: to our official courier)

  • If you believe that your privacy has been breached by Hippopo Online Store please contact us at store@hippopo.my with subject as 'Privacy Policy' and we will resolve the issue.

  • Hippopo Baby Spa & Wellness reserve the right to modify and change the privacy statement at any time. Any changes to this policy will be published on our site.

RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

  • At Hippopo Baby Spa & Wellness, we take great measures to ensure our product and service quality and we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases.

  • However, we regret to inform you that returns or refunds cannot be accomodated unless the product has missing items, is damaged or has extensive defects discovered upon receipt of the items.

  • Please help us take a photo or video of your item (the damaged or missing items) and email us at store@hippopo.cmy along with your Order ID or Invoice No. within 14 days upon receipt of your item.

  • Hippopo Baby Spa & Wellness will only accept items in their original packaging. Therefore, kindly inspect all items carefully before opening.

  • In the event your faulty/missing item is out of stock, we will reimburse you with monetary refund or replace with another product which has the same value of your purchase.

  • Hippopo Baby Spa & Wellness will not be responsible for returns that do not reach us and hence, we recommend you to insure your parcel based on the value (as stated in your receipt)
